SundaySky is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition to join the people team, for a temporary role (around 7 months).

Responsibilities:
- Manage End to End global hiring process
- Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates
- Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs.
- Identify, attract and close senior level candidates that aligned with global hiring plans in Creative, R&D, Delivery, Sales and other business-related roles.
- Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience (In the technology and Internet industry).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in recruiting in Israel and the US for technical, creative and Sales positions.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
