About the Role
Our Senior Financial Analyst will be a critical part of our Finance team. You will own reporting on key performance trends and you will provide ad hoc analysis for the company. You will be expected to have in-depth knowledge of our business model to provide accurate forecasts to drive assumptions and decision making. You should have a strong analytical background with strict attention to detail. You are highly motivated, technically proficient with a strong sense of ownership to deliver quality work and drive our business forward on a daily basis.

What you will do

    • Generate monthly budget v. actual results and forecasts; provide summarized reports and any ad-hoc analysis
    • Support in planning, forecasting and any type of reporting out to senior leadership team and budget owners
    • Partner with Accounting team to understand monthly financial trends
    • Maintain and simplify existing financial models for budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning to support exec decision-making
    • Collaborate with senior leadership team on key analysis and reporting including board meeting materials

What will set you up for success

    • Self-starter with a scrappy mindset who can creatively solve problem
    • 2+ years of FP&A experience
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
    • Experience working in data platform (e.g., Mode or Looker)
    • Experience working in budgeting & planning software (Netsuite)
    • Strong modeling skills (a Google Sheets wizard)
    • Crisp written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated experience visualizing financial results for multiple audiences (board, leadership team, company)
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and effective at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly motivated, enjoy working in teams and thrive working independently
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across levels
