Who We Are Looking For
Thrive Causemetics is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to start + lead our Content Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for creating cross-channel marketing + creative strategies for new product launches and evergreen content. This person will be expected to concept, create, launch and iterate high-performing, measurable campaigns across all channels (CRM, paid, web, social) while maintaining brand integrity. 
 
This person is a dedicated team player with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for all things creative strategy, including but not limited to: constant research +  keeping up on industry trends, channel measurement and attribution models, channel optimization tactics, etc. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and natural leader who can serve as the manager for the Content Marketing Team.
 
Core Responsibilities 
• Own strategy through execution and readout of quarterly content marketing plans 
• Own all new product launch go-to-market plans Develop and deliver a metrics-driven content marketing program that increases Thrive Causemetics core KPIs across organic and paid channels
• Own marketing + content strategy, as well as briefing in of all content + campaigns with channel owners and the creative team
• Concept, develop, execute + measure all new product launches and evergreen campaigns 
• Collaborate with Creative Team (Design, Production + Copywriting) to execute content programs
• Set and maintain a high bar for content, ensuring that what is produced is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and optimized for search
• Partner with Data Team to read out content and/or campaign performance to cross-functional marketing team in order to ensure learnings are scaled across all teams 
• Expert-level knowledge of presentation tools such as Google Suite
 
 
 Experience Necessary
• 5+ years of content marketing, marketing strategy or other relevant experience
• 2+ years of team management experience 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong collaboration skills and experience 
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and confident conceptualizing and executing complex projects with high accuracy and efficiency
• Informed in platform best practices across paid + organic channels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an innovative mindset.
• Research oriented with a data-driven approach that can track and optimize content for performance 
 
Nice To Haves
• Experience working with and creating content for ad platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
• An understanding of analytics and creative strategy development
