What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Program Assistant to support an on-site testing clinic in Bloomington, IN. The Program Assistant will play a crucial role in safeguarding the health of our client’s employees by guiding them through our Safe at Work (SaW) process. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and analytical, with a passion for healthcare and project management.
In this role, you will:

Assist in greeting employees as they present for their weekly testing process

Collect and track employee testing data using EHE’s proprietary Safe at Work (SaW) system and
other Microsoft office applications

Onboard patients, collect completed tests and electronically scan and organize consent forms

Assist the EHE team in supporting the on-site management if the testing clinic operations like
testing queues and patient check-in/check-out

Adhere to client, EHE, CDC and state safety measures, maintaining a safe environment for all
What this role requires:

Progression towards a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Public Health, on the Pre-Med track or related field; advanced degree (MPH or MBA) a plus

Flexibility to meet scheduled shifts, including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

Detail oriented approach with project management capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft platforms

Some experience working in a professional setting

Exceptional customer or patient service expertise

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Business acumen a plus
