Job Description

As a Sales Director your responsibility is to lead direct sales to enterprise customers in Germany. The specific focus is in the Automotive space.


  • Lead sale activities from early engagement with customers to closing
  • Build and manage business partnerships
  • Manage direct sales to enterprise customers
  • Plan, prepare, and execute deals
  • Manage complex business engagements from inception to closing
  • Commercially manage the response to RFPs, RFQs


  • At least five years of experience working in a senior B2B sales role.
  • At least five years’ experience working in a sales role in a fast-paced startup environment – a must.
  • Experience in closing 7 figures complex deals
  • Experience in cybersecurity / IoT (product cybersecurity preferable).
  • Strong technical proficiency including the ability to demonstrate the product at depth
  • Managing partners and distributors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Languages: High level of English - mandatory. Other Languages – an advantage.

  • Relevant rolodex - experience in the following industrial verticals – Automotive, Aerospace, Medical devices, Energy
