-
Maintain and support Groupon’s Global compliance hotline and investigate and respond to any issues raised.
-
Analyze trends and prepare annual and quarterly compliance trend reports.
-
Provide support on regulatory matters, including but not limited to, aiding commercial business in approving certain deals on our platform consistent with regulatory laws and policies, respond to complaints from regulatory bodies, stay abreast of regulatory trends and policies, and assist the team on any investigations or litigation that may arise.
-
Coordinate with Groupon’s risk team, as needed, on compliance-related matters or investigations.
-
Support M&A diligence and related projects, as needed from a compliance or regulatory perspective.
-
