We aim to constantly improve our sales and marketing processes to grow at a fast pace.

As a Paid Media Specialist you will grow exponential demand and engagement coming from paid traffic by managing our digital ads strategy across channels (SEM, Social, Directories) and optimizing our on-page conversion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain ROI-focused PPC & Paid Social global campaigns
  • Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaigns to make the most of the ad budget 
  • Scale efficiently existing channels and find new channels to make sure each market can reach their growth targets
  • Collaborate to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Write compelling Ad copy with a focus on driving conversions
  • Conduct in depth analysis on the keywords, markets, campaigns, audience targeting and overall channels performance and report to stakeholders
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy and landing pages to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage the overall global budget for paid media
  • Research to stay on top of the latest trends in PPC & Paid Social advertising

What we look for in you

  • Proven ability to scale acquisition channels and achieve growth targets consistently.
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing paid advertising budgets (multi-million per year) in platforms such as Google/Bing/Facebook and LinkedIn Ads. 
  • Mastering analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Experience nailing Account-Based Marketing and generating laser-targeted leads.
  • A team player that is happy to share results, iterate and collaborate to identify the best mix of channels and techniques.

  • A proven track record of delivering improvements in cost per acquisition across digital marketing channels and campaigns.
