What you will do :

Solution Consultants will play a critical/visible  role here and will be the connectivity tissue of the company linking sales with the product, engineering and marketing teams. We work with our customers to build amazing mobile CRM experiences. An experience that sales reps would love to use and get help from vs a tool that is mandated for data entry. At the heart of each customer is a Solutions Specialist.

A Day in your life :

  • Meet prospective customers (Virtually for now), understand requirements, field technical questions, and Deliver high impact bespoke demos that cut to the core of prospects’ critical business issues and highlight Vymo’s compelling value proposition 
  • Help Senior Account Executives in the sales cycle to better understand our customers needs and 
  • respond to RFPs and RFIs in conjunction with the Sales team.
  • Add technical depth to the discussions and to develop champions in the sales cycle to increase our probability for winning
  • Drive Proofs-of-Concept for Vymo in collaboration with the evaluation team in the prospect organizations, create and author customer-specific business cases to support customer proposals 
  • and lead solutions design workshops with prospects Develop and present product demonstrations that help prospects understand the value of using our platform
  • Work with internal project teams to implement Vymo make a successful launch possible
  • Work with our engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into meaningful product functionalities Work with product teams on product feedback, roadmap and feature requests
  • Build trust with clients about what happens after the sale is complete and help them understand the process to gaining the full value of the platform
  • Drive Adoption, consult on industry best practices and business metrics upliftment
  • Be willing to travel to and work out of client locations (post-COVID)

What you would have done :

  • Have 5 - 8 Yrs of experience in consulting or sales engineering role
  • Have an Engineering or related disciplines educational background
  • Have an Engineering or related disciplines educational background
  • Have experience in in selling SAAS products selling to Financial Service Institutions
  • Have an Engineering or related disciplines educational background
  • Have worked at Banks, Insurers, or other Financial Service Companies in business or technology capacity
  • Have Functional product know-how of Enterprise-grade Workflow, CRM, and AI systems
  • Have sold CRM, Sales enabled or other b2b productivity improvement solutions
  • Have experience building ROI models and creating a way for prospects to tangibly understand the value being created
  • Have an aptitude for building strong client relationships and an ability to address customer requests in a timely manner 
  • Have strong influential skills, high EQ to be able to read a room and identify champions, detractors, influencers and neutral parties, deep understanding of the current state of solutions in this industry and demonstrable capability to counter position against potentially competitive products. 
  • Have experience in managing internal (Engineering) and external stakeholder (executive stakeholders ) across geographies
  • Have experience/ in analytics with demonstrated experience in improving business processes using data-backed insights
