Would you like to be part of this journey? ·       As a GAM you will be responsible for rapidly scaling and managing a UiPath GSI partner and selling to them as a customer. Our GSI Partners are at the heart of UiPath’s global go-to-market strategy. The partner’s intimate knowledge of their customer’s business challenges plus their ability to offer design, development and deployment services will help to bring automation solutions to our customers. As you sell to them, they will learn our UiPath platform and expand their own organizations skill set by weaving our solutions into their internal processes.·       You will have a track record of building regional partner organizations in a hyper-growth company or line of business as a sell-to and collaborating with the sell-with & sell-through teams to bring joint plays to life.·       You are a leader who has a strong business acumen and understands how to build UiPath’s business by building the partner’s success with our platform.·       As the Sell-to GSI GAM you will be a key member of the KAP organization and will work as an integral Leader, interacting with all the functional areas of the company within the defined sales region including executive leadership, partner Marketing and Customer/Partner Success teams

·       Your focus will be on Strategic sell-to Partner Planning, Business Development, Enablement, Partner Campaign Creation, Sales Opportunity Management and Service Delivery

This is what you'll bring to our team:

  • ·       8+ years solution selling experience and recent Strategic Accounts / Global Accounts experience, coordinating internal resources and support teams, for large GSI accounts.
  • ·       Must have 5+ years of Enterprise Software sales experience.
  • ·       Successful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing a client portfolio.
  • ·       Prefer candidates with prior experience selling to or working for a GSI.
  • ·       High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence.
  • ·       A strategic thinker and a meticulous, detail-orientated executor.
  • ·       Strong ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership.
  • ·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven track record of quickly building credibility both internally and externally.
  • ·       Research and data driven approach to account planning.
