Over 44 million Americans currently experience hearing loss and 73% of them do nothing about it. Their denial has many different shades, but more often than not it’s related to social stigma. We at Eargo exist to give people their hearing without the social stigma so that they can go on being the cool person they are. That’s why we get out of bed in the morning and we take that seriously. And we’re looking for some great minds to join us on our journey.
We are seeking Sr. Salesforce Developer/Architect who is an efficient individual contributor and can accomplish goals. Your attention to detail and accuracy must be exceptional, with a constant drive to provide more efficiency to the organization. You will be working very closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to define the system roadmap and implement solutions supporting business objectives and scalability.


    • Define system architecture which supports business objectives and scalability, identify gaps between current state and desired end state
    • Design Salesforce based solutions and projects across marketing-sales funnel and order-to-cash process
    • Maximize the value from Salesforce and make decision on in-built vs custom build solutions
    • Work with in-house business systems and third party systems to build and maintain system integration
    • Partner and work closely with sales and marketing leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities to simplify business processes and increase effectiveness
    • Prioritize projects based on short term business needs and long-term system roadmap


    • 4+ years of development and administration experience with Salesforce
    • Salesforce developer certification and/or salesforce advanced developer certification would be a plus
    • Experience developing technical roadmap and deploying software initiatives
    • Experience with REST and SOAP API frameworks
    • Experience with creating integration between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g. Netsuite, Spree Ecommerce)
    • Able to effectively communicate with non-technical audience to understand business needs and explain complex systems and technical topics in clear and concise manner
    • People management experience a plus
