- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3+ year experience supporting Recruitment/HR.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ICIMs or similar applicant tracking system a plus.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information a must.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to shift priorities and attention to detail required.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Good sense of humor.
