The performance marketing lead will find new opportunities and optimize paid search strategy, as well as identify new opportunities across the funnel. Key to this role will be the ability to use data to identify opportunities and create hypotheses that drive experimentation. 

About the Role:

    • Responsible for paid search performance
    • Develop feedback loops that optimize full-funnel campaign tactics, messaging and channels by leveraging data from across the marketing and sales funnel, including won and lost opportunities 
    • Partner with Growth team to test marketing asset performance including landing pages and forms
    • Develop a pipeline for experimentation & innovation across marketing channels, audience targeting, and messaging, using A/B and multivariate tests to test hypotheses
    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics to monitor and adjust key marketing programs in order to improve performance

What You’ll Bring:

    • 6+ years experience in performance marketing and paid search for B2B Software
    • Strong analytical skills and agility to strategically communicate the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes to drive cross-organizational alignment
    • Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions and balance that with the 'art' of media strategy
    • Self-motivated and strong collaborator, who encourages confidence and influences peer teams and partners
    • Outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
