Job Description

Pipefy is currently searching for a Director of Growth Marketing to drive digital marketing initiatives.

Our software puts the proven benefits of lean management within easy reach, including greater agility, improved efficiency and higher quality outcomes. [email protected] is tasked with creating the Pipefy brand, making people aware of the core problem we are addressing and evangelizing our approach and solution. We create awareness, bring leads and help convert self-serve customers - all of that while wisely investing our resources. Just as importantly, we care about developing world-class marketers while learning and having fun in the process.

  • Define strategic digital marketing initiatives, own them through execution till delivery.
  • Own paid and organic digital marketing efforts and results including revenue influenced, efficiency, MQL, down-funnel opportunity quality.
  • Provide and use insights based on the marketing data and industry trends for current and future company directions.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns through website CRO, SEO and digital media buying plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the initiatives to the various business stakeholders including sales, customer operations, product, demand gen etc. teams with help of other marketing teams.
  • Perform other functions as deemed necessary for the proper execution of his/her duties and other duties as delegated.
  • Suggest improvements in our processes and procedures to help us grow and thrive as a team.
  • Proficient in English language for written and verbal communications. Must be an excellent team player.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong experience with Paid marketing campaigns and analysis.
  • Experience in creating digital media strategy and implementing them.
  • Experience with SEO planning and execution.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital media campaigns, split and A/B test with an eye on CRO techniques, omni-channel marketing, multi-touch attribution, cross-channel influences.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales pipeline, Customer lifecycle management, CRM, lead quality and other marketing and sales related concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Portuguese a plus.
  • High level vision as well as attention to detail.
