As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a SDR Manager to join our awesome team!

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the primary goal of the SDR Manager will be to own and build the Sales Development Representative function to qualify inbound leads to set sales meetings. The SDR function is separate from the BDR function at Axonius, and the successful candidate will build the lead qualification machine to ensure that field sales reps are spending their time meeting with highly qualified prospects. 

The SDR Manager will be both technically-savvy as well as customer and business-oriented while also being able to perform job functions in a self-directed and independent manner. Ability to provide finished, high-quality deliverables is crucial, as is the ability to communicate them effectively.


  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to understand each campaign and deliver successful follow-up outreach
  • Build and manage a team of SDRs aligned with field sales territories and account classifications
  • Forecast, evaluate, measure, and report on SDR effectiveness


  • 2-4 years of experience in a SDR management role. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience using to drive campaigns and report results
  • Experience with SDR tools like SalesLoft
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail
  • Able to travel within the US, with occasional international travel (when appropriately safe to do so)
  • Experience with business processes such as sales, operations, marketing, and customer support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
