About the Role

Uber's programmatic team is looking for a seasoned marketer who can drive strategic display initiatives for B2B lead generation. The ideal person for this role has hands-on experience planning and executing campaigns on display, experience with B2B lead gen, a deep & technical understanding of the display and programmatic ecosystem, and an analytical eye when it comes to conversion optimization. An ability to understand the big picture along with the ability to define KPIs and own end-to-end execution are the keys to success in this role.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the execution of B2B lead gen campaigns for restaurant acquisition, Uber for Business and Freight.
  • Manage agency partners
  • Work with ad tech to build out the measurement framework for B2B
  • Build out automation to scale up B2B campaign globally
  • Execute campaigns on display networks
  • Clearly communicate performance, strategy, and vision to key stakeholders
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for successful automation & scaling

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with display and programmatic

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with display and programmatic
  • Hands-on keyboard experience in DSPs & Display Networks ( Google Ads, Gemini, DV360, TradeDesk, MediaMath etc) for lead generation
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
  • B2B Experience
  • Experience with web analytics such as Tune, MixPanel/Google Analytics, Marketo
  • Familiar with KPIs: CPL, CPC, CPM, Attribution and LTV
  • Multi-country media buying experience
