About Long-Term Stock Exchange

Operator of an SEC-regulated national securities exchange intended to align companies and long-term investors with shared goals. The company provides software tools that help companies capitalize, hire, compensate, and grow from startup to initial public offering and beyond, enabling clients to raise capital while keeping their focus on long-term instead of short-term results.

Job Description

LTSE supports companies in all stages of growth committed to long-term value creation, and the investors who share their values. We offer software and services for company-building and pursuing a path to the public markets, a U.S. national securities exchange for new and existing public companies, and a coalition for the exchange of ideas between companies and like-minded investors.
We believe in the power of a public market that supports continuous success for all stakeholders, including employees, investors, and their communities. We’re facilitating innovation and value creation so companies can flourish now and far into the future through long-term investment, experimentation, and sustainable scaling.
Lead LTSE investors include Founders Fund, Collaborative Fund, Andreessen Horowitz, Obvious Ventures, Uprising, and Initialized. LTSE was founded by Eric Ries, an entrepreneur, New York Times-bestselling author, and the creator of the Lean Startup methodology.
The role:
The Head of ESG Analytics will join the Customer Development team to support companies as they prepare to list on the Long-Term Stock Exchange. This individual will have the opportunity to creatively combine their knowledge of the capital markets & ESG, their experience working in and with private and public companies, and their passion for serving customers. This role is ideally suited for someone who understands the challenges that companies face in the capital markets and who wants to solve these challenges by helping companies capitalize their long-term goals with ESG capital.

You are:

    • Fluent in the capital markets, especially through an ESG lens.
    • Experienced working directly with key senior corporate decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs and IROs of late-stage private and existing public companies.
    • Skilled at working with, or for, buyside PM’s and/or analysts with an ESG investing mandate.
    • Service-minded in everything you do: you’re a strong listener, a clear communicator, and you’re flexible enough to meet your audience where they are.
    • Adept at working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Experienced in solving your customer’s challenges by using a mix of services and software.
    • A strong writer that can generate relevant content via blog posts or white papers as well as pitch collateral.

We’re looking for someone who has:

    • A track record of executing and iterating quickly as a small team or as a team-of-one.
    • Practical subject matter expertise that includes a strong familiarity with foundational ESG frameworks like SASB or TCFD.
    • Strong critical thinking and impeccable communication skills.
    • A passion for the LTSE mission.
    • Creativity and flexibility in their approach.
    • Familiarity with the software and services associated with ESG

Nice to haves:

    • Published content in ESG and the capital markets.
    • Experience creating benchmarks and/or ETF’s.

Benefits include:

    • People. Work in a mission-based company with skilled, committed, and supportive teammates who share your desire to create a new kind of public market, and have a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Excellent medical, dental and vision benefits.
    • A commitment to a sustainable work environment, including an unlimited vacation policy that requires team members take a minimum of three weeks vacation per year.
    • 401k.
    • Cell phone reimbursement.
    • Computer and home office setup.
LTSE is deeply committed to inclusion and is an equal opportunity workplace. We believe the work of building a welcoming and representative culture is a team effort, and every team member is expected to participate in it.

We consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.
We make necessary accommodations to our application and interview processes for candidates with disabilities.
