Job Description


The Senior Customer Success Manager is responsible to build relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing success while increasing the use of SR Health into other areas of the organization and selling new features/capabilities to address client pain points. The Sr CSM will also be responsible to establish references and executive level relationships at their clients to develop case studies with marketing that will assist in future SR Health sales to new prospects.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Take full accountability and responsibility for the revenue retention of your book of business and report the results on a monthly basis.
  • Provide strategic direction to your clients through best practices, kick-off calls, implementation, adoption, outcome achievement, benchmarking and milestones, continuous business reviews and renewal.
  • Attend regular 'code red' meetings and discuss solutions with your supervisor for clients at risk of churn.  Implement effective strategies to mitigate customer churn.
  • Help the Client Success Representative by acting as an escalation channel to resolve any and all problems that may occur.
  • Engage in strategic conversations with each client's executive sponsors to ensure business outcomes are being attained.
  • Identify upsell and expansion revenue opportunities and continually work with the client to ensure adoption and revenue growth.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours a week



  • Proven history of high performance in Client Success at Solutionreach or within the healthcare industry
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and up-to-date on all work
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Performs duties professionally and contributes to a positive work environment
