What you’ll do:
Acquiring a new customer is anywhere from five to twenty five times more expensive than retaining an existing one. As the regional Sales teams grow, we need to ensure that Partners and their clients are happy, and not undoing the great work the Sales Team are doing by leaving through the back door.
The Partner Success Consultant role sits within the sales organisation acting with a key responsibility to facilitate process improvement of Accounting and Bookkeeping processes and to drive partner adoption and net active client expansion usage across the product suite. This role is a customer facing role that is phone based, with elements of face to face work.
About you - what we are looking for:
- 2+ years of customer facing experience required
- Accounting and/or bookkeeping qualification
- Experience working towards targets/ quotas desired Experience with Accounting Softwares desired (Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks etc.
