At WorkBoard we help customers achieve their sustainable growth advantage by making alignment and accountability remarkably easy.  

The direct WorkBoard buyer is typically the CEO or GM of a business unit and the application is deployed to all employees under the P&L owner.  As a member of our Strategic Services team, you will be working closely with and advising clients like these on accelerating realization of their company’s strategic plans. 

This role presents a rare opportunity to see first-hand and influence how companies and teams drive value.  Over time, you will:

  • Form strategic advisor relationships from executives to front line teams and coach on best practices to manage, communicate and operationalize their results
  • Play a pivotal role in making strategic priorities relevant and meaningful at every level of the organization by co-developing operationalization plans
  • Train and enable our customers to increase the business results they realize from the platform over time by finding the most impactful ways to apply our solution in the context of their business needs
  • Shape and execute program strategy across your engagements

  • You bring 3-7 years of overall work experience, with experience at a strategy consulting firm or in a strategy development and advisory position. 
  • Through your time in consulting, you will have worked with business executives solving their biggest business challenges, and have an arsenal of successful tactics for connecting business value to technology.
  • You enjoy building relationships with business leaders and driving success in client organizations - and want to continue doing this in your next role.
  • You bring your hunger, resilience and drive to everything you do.

  • Leveraging your natural curiosity to quickly understand a client’s business strategy while demonstrating tact and poise under pressure
  • Executive presence and great communications skills. You are comfortable communicating & listening with ability to credibly and confidently engage executives in advising on their business and ultimately building successful relationships
  • Leading and facilitating executive coaching and training conversations and working sessions to drive them to outcomes
  • Deftly navigating organizational complexities (e.g., in matrix organizations) and understanding of what makes a company tick - so an impactful program can be built around it
  • Change management, program strategy development and proactive problem solving
  • Comfort in working effectively remotely with clients and WorkBoard team across the US
  • Impactful storyline and deck creation to communicate complex concepts for executive level presentations
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience and value to customers demonstrated by successfully closing contract renewals and partnering with sales to identify and close expansion sales opportunities



  • Attend new-hire immersion training and be certified as a Workboard OKR Coach and app expert to build a deep understanding of our buyer, their pain points, our methodology and how we work as a team
  • Meet with 5 enthusiastic WorkBoard customers and shadow 8 OKR Working sessions to understand senior leadership challenges and how we help
  • Know your client teams and the objectives and key results they are looking to achieve in the quarter - and begin to develop action plans to help them drive to the next level
  • Deep-dive with Growth, Sales, and Product Management teams to learn more about our solution, go to market and roadmap and the partnership with the Services team
  • Be a daily user of WorkBoard and SFDC to help drive the company forward
  • Confidently articulate the value, benefits and relevance of our powerful solution easily and effectively - and you can dazzle a WorkBoard expert with your enthusiastic platform demonstration



  • Spend a great deal of time with our amazing customers (when conditions allow and clients are able to receive outside visitors, travel will be likely) 
  • Coach executive teams in setting high integrity objectives and key results by facilitating 20 OKR Workshops
  • Be a valued partner by helping more than 40 executives to use WorkBoard’s Running Business Reviews and Meetings in order to run their business for results
  • Lead 5 outcome-focused Steering Committees with senior executives that drive us to shared success
  • Have successfully secured 2 commitments to be a customer reference.



  • Be a facilitator extraordinaire across your accounts, by conducting over 90 workshops helping teams create their strategies and high integrity OKRs
  • Have two dozen executive and chief of staff customer relationships that you can tap for insights, references, case studies and thought partnership any time to express the business value WorkBoard is helping them drive for their company
  • Know your customers are continually getting value by creating a successful track-record of closing renewals and securing expansion and up-sell opportunities
  • Successfully closed renewals and identified 3 opportunities for expansion ARR
  • Team up with another WoBo all star and co-lead the OKR Coach Certification Program
