Job Description

We are looking for team lead to handle all IT infrastructure related tasks in our corporate offices. He should be team worker and fast learner. This position supports all the functional teams, providing them with all the internal IT tools and systems to meet the company business objectives.

Critical Business Activities

  • Structuring and managing IT projects. Drive the projects and track with team members.
  • Manage the incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Improve the monitoring facility and create visibility on IT infrastructure health, performance, security, and cost.
  • Experience in administering on-prem Active Directory, Azure AD, O365 mail, Exchange, and O365 SharePoint environment.
  • Experience in managing business requirements related to O365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, One Drive for business). Managing and fine-tuning access permissions for internal and external users for O365 applications as per security requirements.
  • Having experience in managing Windows environment across virtual and cloud environments.
  • Experience in managing centralized policy/configuration deployment such as GPOs/other tools based approaches.
  • Ability to transform minimum security hardening baseline into a workable configuration for centralized policy management
  • Having experience in storage & backup solution.
  • Helpdesk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support.
  • Ready to explore new technologies and simplify the work environment.
  • General knowledge of networking IP, DNS, DHCP, and SMTP.
  • Drive groundbreaking initiatives to assist with modernization of the workstation infrastructure to meet the expectations and demands of a modern workforce.
  • Collaboration with peer and stakeholders across the functions.
  • Support service improvement efforts to reduce incidents, enhance existing support, and improve end-user experience.
  • Build and maintain SOPs-Standard Operating Procedures, policies, SLAs, end-user training, technical and end-user knowledgebase.
  • Manage vendor relationships, services, and contracts.
  • Participate with various partners in improving the operational effectiveness of the support environment, and in driving service improvements.

Competencies and Experience

Technical Skills and Experience  

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in IT support
  • Having experience in structuring the projects and define the action plans with the timeline.
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage the quota settings
  • Having experience in handling incident and RCA.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate support teams for resolutions.
  • Having working experience and strong knowledge of Azure and O365 applications
  • Knowledge of MS PKI management and client certificate-based authentication will be an advantage
  • Knowledge on securing O365 environment (ATP, risky login, Intune based device management) and fine-tuning security configuration to address security threats
  • Having knowledge on PowerShell scripting
  • Working experience of Office365 Security and Compliance Centre
  • Endpoints management through Intune or other Mobile Device Management solution
  • Working knowledge of SPAM and threat prevention solutions
  • Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
  • Design and architect the Active Directory Infrastructure, including, design and implementation of Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & Federated Services.
  • Implement the necessary monitoring system and create visibility on corporate & cloud environment.
  • Backup and restore AD objects on domain controllers.
  • Having experience in Commvault backup solution.
  • Having experience in EMC and NetApp storage.
  • Having knowledge of Anti-Virus solution.
  • Having basic knowledge of networking and firewall.
  • Having experience in PCI & ISMS audit processes.
  • Should be MCSA/MCSE Certified.
  • Perform software upgrades and patches (PC Software, Windows patch, firmware upgrades etc.)
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings.
  • Ready to support for UK and US schedule whenever it required.
  • Ready to extend the support after office hours.
  • Good verbal and written communication skill.
