Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for the daily operation process related to Fintech operation (direct farmer payments, lending, insurance etc) and performs process and coordination in compliance with SOP’s. · Perform multi-tasking and support the team towards achievement of desired performance. · Understands the purpose of the process performed, key risks and mitigating controls. · Good understanding of the functions performed by underlying systems used in the process. · Understand the Stellapps system (mooflow, smartAMCU), payments eco system associated processes and manage operations with responsibility for the effective and successful management of TAT, accuracy. · Identify process or control failure points. Proactively escalates for remediation and contributes ideas for resolution. · Responsible for timely execution of day to day operations in monitoring payment, reconciliation, settlement file preparation, management reporting. · Interact with financial institution for seamless execution of processes. · Training Key Skills – · MS office – Excel · Language – Hindi, English + Any other language · Banking Backend Operations, Banking, Loan, Insurance · Functional and working knowledge of reconciliation and settlement process.
