We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager DACH (m/f/d) to join our Publisher Management Team in our office in Munich. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Take full ownership of the partnerships with Media Publishers in the DACH region.
  • Represent the main point of contact between all the stakeholders on the partner sides and the internal teams at GSG.
  • Fully own the pitch of new product features, the forecasting of new business opportunities, and the reporting to your partners.
  • Work with SEO, product and account management teams to analyze performance, explore new opportunities, and provide the most useful insights to your partners.
  • Plan and execute on a set of defined KPIs under your responsibility.
  • Be responsible for your own projects from day 1.

We are a match if you have...

  • BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Similar.
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales/business development/partnership management/account management, preferably in a startup / digital company.
  • Native level of German and fluency in English. Any other additional language a plus.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to be proactive and to inspire, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
