Job Description

The role in a nutshell:

We are looking for a passionate customer support individual to join the team until the end of May.

As a Client Services Associate you are the first point of contact to help prospects with information and onboarding. You will also help us to provide the best support to our existing customers.

The role will require you to answer queries on a range of topics from how to use our website, to talking about our investment portfolios in detail. While communicating with our clients and prospects you will also aim to spot opportunities that will help them reach their financial goals.

What you’ll do:

    You will be an essential contact for our customers, providing support and knowledge on the products and services that will support customers through their financial journey
    You'll speak to customers via phone, emails and secure messages and turn them around very quickly with high quality responses
    You will be able to multi-task, respond to customers quickly, send a high number of emails whilst not compromising the quality of customer contact
    Be adaptive, you’ll need to use soft skills to adapt your tone to each customer and be able to really understand their needs
    Be prepared to answer phone calls
    Be able to handle difficult conversations and potential complaints that may arise
