About this role: 

6sense has scaled quickly from 50 employees to 300+ over the last 3 years and is looking for an enthusiastic Director of Talent to lead our global talent acquisition program, delivering both strategic program design and hands-on recruiting in a hyper-growth environment. Specifically, this will include delivering innovative programs for inclusive recruiting, improving our recruiting infrastructure and operations at scale, and making 6sense's brand become even stronger as we continue to grow.  

A successful Director of Talent would thrive in a high-growth environment, work as a team player, collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders, and love winning as a team.  

In this role, you will: 

  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of high performing directors, managers, and individual contributors across full-cycle recruiting as well as recruiting operations & programs. 
  • Execute on quarterly hiring goals with a focus on acquiring top, diverse talent to meet our current and future hiring needs 
  • Drive talent resource planning and forecasting. Leverage data to develop both short-term and long-term recruiting plans. Perform recruiting capacity planning and balance hiring resources (in-house, agency, etc.) to ensure the right resource allocation to support global business. 
  • Own and drive the development of recruiting programs including: interview guides, interviewer training, candidate assessment/calibration, referrals, internships, and outreach recruiting, etc. Develop and execute diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies and embed into programs and practices. 
  • Design, implement and maintain processes, tools, and systems needed to scale and support recruiting in the short and long-term 

  

Preferred Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition  
  • Minimum 5+ years of people management experience 
  • SaaS company recruiting experience is nice to have but not required 
  • Experience in a growth stage business is required 
  • Demonstrated ability/knowledge in recruiting enterprise grade sales professionals  
  • Ability to build credibility at all levels of the organization 
  • Passion for building a diverse team 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills 
  • Track record of meeting diversity goals and proven success working with internal and external partners
