Your mission:

We are looking for you as our new Head of Sales to lead our future sales-related activities, and to build long-lasting relationships with current and new key clients. You will build from scratch and then lead Upvest’s sales team, and you will take ownership of the sales strategy, the entire sales process and the pipeline management.


This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Join an emergent and agile Growth team as the person to build and develop the sales department, and report directly to our VP of Growth
  • Design, implement and proactively create solutions and improvement in scalable sales processes
  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, communication channels , sales assets , processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales team
  • Own the whole sales outbound activities
  • Present sales KPIs, reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Conduct an analysis of the current state of sales productivity in conjunction with sales operations and establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity
  • Support product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand and sell our solutions.
  • Be responsible for weekly pipeline reviews
  • Be in charge of day-to-day sales engagement


  • 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a SaaS Fintech or RegTech company
  • Strong know-how on building and leading a sales team
  • English and German fluency (both written and spoken)
  • Hands-on approach in building the base of all sales-processes
  • Proactive outbound sales experience
