Percepto is seeking a highly passionate Regulatory Affairs Officer looking to put their mark on the drone industry. You will be part of a small and relentless team working to break through the regulatory restraints of the commercial drone industry and bring drone operations to the 21st century.

  • Work cross-functionally to help Percepto expand internationally and obtain the necessary government and regulatory approvals to operate worldwide.
  • Monitor and research current and relevant emerging policy issues and work cross-functionally to develop policy positions for review by Percepto’s regulatory team.
  • Reporting to Percepto’s VP of Policy & Gov. Affairs, this position collaborates with internal stakeholders and business partners, as well as state, local, federal and international governments. 
  • Leading a high performing team.
  • The successful candidate will develop and support the required documentation for Regulations Compliance, and Corporate Governance.
  • Advise regulatory affairs team on all potential regulatory risks and setbacks, problem solve in areas of the highest complexity and take action to resolve issues.
  • As the Director of ww Policy and Gov. Affairs, you will be accountable for the development and implementation of the regulatory strategy and for ensuring that the strategy is designed to deliver a rapid approval with advantageous in keeping with the needs identified by the company. 


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest and background in emerging technologies.
  • relevant experience working with or in government, politics or a regulatory agency, as well as an ability to grasp and convey complex technical and policy issues.
  • Excellent personal, political, analytical, writing and communications skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to get things done in dynamic and ambiguous circumstances and exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with manned or unmanned aviation.


  • Having an understanding of global and commercial drone regulatory affairs.
  • Experience and knowledge of the commercial drone regulatory affairs will be a strong advantage.
