What You’ll Be Doing

We are a rapidly growing team seeking a diligent self-starter who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, a great communicator and has a demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a recruiting coordinator, you are responsible for assisting in recruiting and talent acquisition methods and strategies. Our culture is one based on curiosity and kindness, and our goal is to extend that same experience to all Outlier applicants. This is a contract role for approximately three months (possibly longer) for 20 hours per week, increasing up to 40 hours per week. You will:

  • Schedule all interviews
  • Evaluate and screen resumes/cover letters
  • Respond to applicant email inquiries
  • Update/maintain Workable (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with hiring managers
  • Assist with maintaining/exceeding established KPIs
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience owning the interview scheduling process from end to end
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Experience interacting with applicants/candidates (in writing and verbally)
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and think outside the box
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
  • Self-starter
  • Familiarity with G Suite
  • Knowledge of Workable (ATS) is a plus
