Your role

A Nordic Manager of Advisory Services - Training is an experienced adult education and Epic training leader. You have previously served in principal trainer or training project manager positions during Epic implementations and understand the key issues that arise and how to support mitigation of those concerns. You are experienced with classroom training, creating virtual instructor-led training programs, and understand Autograder functionality. Your focus will be enabling sales opportunities, supporting solution development, and providing exceptional solution delivery to our clients by ensuring the success of our onsite consultant teams.

This position requires you to think critically as you support the creation of tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique needs. You'll be responsible for delivering work and/or overseeing the work of our consultant teams, building relationships across our client and consultant teams, monitoring project success, and mitigating risks. You'll also be responsible for creating new tools for our consultant leaders in the field, building and updating solution offerings, serving as a thought leader through content creation, and mentoring and managing consulting team members.

  • 5+ years of healthcare IT experience
  • 3+ years’ experience adult education and Epic training leadership experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
