About the Role
We are looking for a product champion to serve as a subject matter expert on Singular’s technology and value, both internally and externally. This high-impact role will work with Marketing, Sales and Product Management to build the narrative and collateral to convert leads into loyal customers. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers, their challenges and how Singular can help them grow their businesses through qualitative and quantitative insights. You will equip the sales team with effective messaging, playbooks, competitive differentiators, decks, product training, etc to increase win rates.
What you will do:
- Become an expert in mobile attribution, marketing analytics and Singular to develop product positioning for different personas, verticals, and use cases
- Clearly articulate the technical differentiators of Singular to create marketing and competitive collateral including product webpages, technical guides, presentations and one sheets
- Build out our library of sales enablement assets including sales decks, battlecards, product deep-dives, etc. and monitor performance metrics of materials
- Guide the sales development team on playbooks for outbound and inbound messaging and partner with Sales leadership to monitor performance to improve conversion rates
- Meet with customers to produce value driven stories including quantification of success and ROI with Singular
- Participate in product launches to build supporting product content and training materials for sales and customer success
- Partner with Design and Product Management to build easy to understand visualizations to demonstrate Singular’s unique value
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop unique compelling offers to increase win rates
- Partner with Product Management to optimize the in-product experience to increase adoption, satisfaction and expansion opportunities
What you bring
- 7+ years experience in enterprise SaaS product marketing
- Strong technical knowledge of marketing technology or mobile apps industry - a big plus
- Ability to translate technical product capabilities into business benefits
- Inquisitive spirit seeking to understand the customer, the competition, and how technology uniquely solves problems
