Job Description
We're looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Recording A/P invoices and managing payments cycle
- Bank and Credit cards reconciliations
- Accounts reconciliation (AP, AR, I/C)
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annually end to end closing (including TB)
- VAT and other Tax authorities' reports including tax return in Israel and US
- Travel expenses and Reimbursement expenses
- Working in multicurrency and multientity environment
- Managing accruals on a monthly basis (accrued expense and prepaid expenses)
- Monitoring and recording fixed assets
- Assistance in creating new procedures/policies
- Reporting to the company controller
- Supporting other departments in topics related to finance
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a certified bookkeeper
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Responsibility and ownership are a key part of the role
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in collaboration with other team members
