here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team.
 
this role will be heavily focussed on CRED's revenue verticals within financial services. as a strategy planner/researcher, you will design the future of CRED. you will perform independent research, evaluate the right strategic choices, lead pilots and hence as a result enable the right decisions and strategic path forward to enable growth/profitability amidst competition and constant change aligned with the company’s vision and mission.
what you will do:

  • work with risk and front-end collection team for better insights
  • identify, ideate and implement new & innovative collections practices into fruition
  • manage cost of collections to be financially efficient and with a keen eye to ensure profitability on the P&L
  • build a predictive funnel to identify no. of customers that would be delinquent and formulate a detailed capacity planning with sub 2% npa in mind
  • prepare business plans, forecasting models and scenario analysis.
  • maintain and communicate detailed reports to track performance of the product
  • examine strategic performance, spot emerging business & product opportunities, identify business threats/blockers, look for novel strategic solutions, and develop creative action plans
  • be aware of market actions & reactions, competition space and collection ecosystem to constantly evolve & add new ideas to improve collection efficiency

you should apply If you have:

  • 8-10 years of soft/field collection experience in financial services
  • at least 2 years of experience in fintech collection space
  • the required knowledge and flare to work with new technology solutions and ability to trod deep into problem solving of critical concerns
  • exceptional analytical, problem solving and research skills and resource knowledge
  • the ability to manage large teams with approach to coaching and training the team members
  • clear ability to see the bigger picture in mind and have the decisiveness to affect the long-term viability of the product
