The Role:

As the Senior Manager of Brand & Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in bringing Jobox’s brand strategy to life. You will support the company’s efforts to build a deep consumer understanding, develop our brand platform, champion the brand across the company, and build and execute fresh content and campaigns that authentically tell our brand story and effectively drive business growth. You will develop and execute integrated marketing programs that increase awareness, relevance, and favorability of the Jobox brand. You will manage key customer insights initiatives. You will work on Go-To-Market plans and own the user education and communication strategies. You will work closely with product and growth operations teams to drive key brand metrics and support revenue growth.

  • Set the strategic brand and product marketing vision and drive long-term strategy.
  • Define and lead a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and planning including positioning, communication of value proposition, launch strategy, PR, sales and partner materials through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Be a champion for the customer and generate quantitative and qualitative insights to influence product strategy, product positioning, and product launch strategy.
  • Be a great storyteller through positioning, content, and messaging that resonates with customers and communicates the value of Jobox.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive customer awareness and adoption and brand activation.
  • Drive the development of brand creative and content guidelines, helping to maintain high standards for storytelling on our app, our company, our ads, website and any other forms of media to deliver a unified message.
  • Drive the development of our user education on the app. Thrive to make them better and smarter and guide the use by appropriate communication channels and storytelling. 
  • Own the measurement of brand marketing efforts and mix creativity with analytics to develop metrics and measure the success of our engagement. Align with the company OKRs and measure team performance and success.
  • Conduct industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis to understand our evolving consumer behaviors and drivers.
  • Successfully manage a budget to drive impact and ROI through marketing programs.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business; Masters/MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience in launching and scaling consumer apps or products, and building and activating consumer brands.
  • Strong portfolio in leading and managing brand strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record showing initiative and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence others and lead cross-functional efforts.
