About the Role

As the VP of Product Marketing, you will be involved in establishing the company’s Product Marketing function—from its operations and processes to team-building and focal areas.

What You'll Do

  • You'll build a Product Marketing function and categorize a new enterprise B2B market category that spans compliance and security to employee conduct and CRM
  • You'll lead the market segmentation efforts of the company
  • You'll determine GTM plans
  • You'll combine legitimate expertise across the marketing mix and learn Behavox’s products quickly, distill technical value, and drive mass-market appeal.

What You'll Bring

  • Product marketing managerial experience in a SaaS B2B pre-IPO setting
  • Possesses proven playbook on appropriately allocating Product Marketing bandwidth to demand generation, sales enablement, deal support, and product management support
  • A great ambassador and coalition-builder across technical and non-technical teams (e.g. Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Partnering, Sales, Post-Sales)
  • Ability to build Product Marketing teams, develop and promote talent
  • Ability to lead market segmentation and GTM plans
  • Experience executing MRDs and supporting PRD development
  • Experience leading and executing substantive competitive analysis
  • Experience conducting pricing analysis and managing pricing strategy

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers. Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible.
