Xignite Winter 2021 Internship Program
Xignite is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern with a strong career interest in Human Resources (HR) and Office Management to work alongside our HR team. During your internship, you will gain exposure to all areas of human resources and office management, including recruitment, event planning, and more.

- Working towards a Bachelor's degree or recently graduated
- Must be available to work remotely for up to 5 weeks between January - March 2021
- Must commit to working 5-10 hours per week
- Must have access to a computer and Internet service
- Interns will be compensated with an hourly wage and a reimbursement for Internet service
- At the successful completion of the internship, you will receive a letter of recommendation and Certificate of Completion
Responsibilities
- Collect new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information) and update the HR database
- Proofread HR documents and make updates to our Employee Handbook
- Help prepare presentations for company All Hands meetings
- Help plan company events and send invitations to employees
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Post new job positions on websites and job boards
- Assist in managing Employee Benefits paperwork
Requirements
- Inherent interest in a career in Human Resources and Office Management
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Highly organized individual with excellent communication skills
