Position Summary: 


The Marketing Coordinator, Patient Engagement is responsible for creating market segment specific positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and professionals, relating product benefits in terms that consumers understand, care about, and are willing to pay for.  The ideal candidate should be well versed in cutting edge communications and digital strategies to drive brand and product awareness. The job is for a great communicator and digitally savvy marketer.


What You Can Look Forward To:  


  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of patient engagement programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing. 

  • Provide innovative ways to promote campaigns to engage and capture target audiences, including co-op marketing campaigns with key customers in target markets.

  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports 

  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.

  • Plan and deliver advertising/brand awareness campaigns across channels.

  • Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively in difficult and time sensitive situations. 

  • Provide internal and cross-functional team status updates to create alignment and manage expectations. 

  • Organize, track, and manage marketing campaign progress, ensuring constant communication with Field Team, Practice Marketing, and other stakeholders so that we produce high quality campaigns and never miss a deadline. 

  • Tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns from initiation to completion, owning group project documentation, team status, and helping to facilitate weekly interdepartmental marketing status meetings.


Required Skills/Abilities: 


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field, with 1-3 years marketing experience. 


  • Must have experience with WordPress, Twitter, Hootsuite, Google analytics, Marketo and Salesforce 

  • Ideal candidate will have marketed medical technologies to health care professionals and consumers 

  • Experience in Hearing Aids or Hearing Care is a significant advantage 

  • Ability to work in a complex, rapidly changing environment 

  • Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills 

  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization, paid search, and digital marketing best practices 

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office products, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) 

  • Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness 

  • Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics, and ability to deliver measurable results using marketing analytics and tools
