Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join Doctor on Demand, a fast growing company with a powerful mission and a culture rooted in collaboration and commitment to constantly improve and challenge ourselves. The analyst will play a key role in the ongoing effort of reconciling, reporting and forecasting of our operating expenses (OPEX) and headcount. Successful candidates will excel in an unstructured environment, can juggle multiple business units and projects at a time,  find creative ways to tackle ambiguous problems and can implement best in class processes.  You will have a large impact within a lean but growing finance organization.


  • Provides support to the Director and Senior Manager of FP&A on the annual plan, quarterly forecasts and regular monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis. 

  • Pull data from our ERP system and use spreadsheet modeling to demonstrate various outcomes and analyze trends.                                                                   

  • Partner with the accounting team to enable efficient and timely financial close process and understand invoicing and billing for accrual purposes.

  • Other ad hoc projects and responsibilities could be assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting is preferred 

  • 2-3 years of experience in FP&A

  • Advanced Excel modeling skills; The job will involve using formulas like vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables etc.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets

  • Understanding of Accrual-Based Accounting

  • Ability to communicate clearly with various business partners and senior management

  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage) is a plus
