What you will do 
 
As a Customer Implementation Team Lead, you will be responsible for technical implementation to ensure the success of Contentsquare's customers in Western Europe and lead a team of 4 people. You will serve as a member of the Strategic Services organization responsible for technical implementation of the Contentsquare's solutions and for providing services. 

On a typical day, you may:

    • Lead a team of 4 Customer Implementation Managers in France and Israel
    • Manage the Onboarding and Ongoing Technical activities for Contentsquare's Customers and Prospects
    • Act as the main point of contact for any technical implementation related matters
    • Manage Customer and Internal Stakeholders' expectations during Onboarding and Deployment
    • Work closely with Contentsquare's Account Managers and Customer Success Managers and lead technical implementations 

What you'll need to succeed:

    • Fluent French and English
    • At least 5 years of experience in technical implementation or support roles, ideally in SaaS company 
    • Strong working proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML
    • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with preferably SaaS organizations of global companies
    • At ease with managing and prioritizing multiple projects at the same time, with capacity to lead a team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to work well in a global, dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment  
    • Good understanding of Agile development processes and Methodologies would be a plus!
