What will your work be like?

As an Advisor within Zerto Professional Services (ZPS) you will be an individual contributor, with leadership capabilities, delivering value to our customers across a range of IT resilience engagements. Working as senior staff on assigned engagements, you will deliver, advise, and supervise, pre and post-sale efforts, independently and with teams. Your key responsibility is to provide advanced Zerto expertise, while consistently producing high-quality customer outcomes and deliverables.

Engagements can range from designing, planning, installing, configuring, optimizing, automating, and troubleshooting the Zerto platform, to functioning as a customer’s primary Zerto subject matter expert, while delivering Technical Account Management Services.

As a ZPS leader you will demonstrate, advise, and guide, through advanced knowledge of the Zerto platform and ZPS practices, while actively developing advanced competencies in yourself and others.

  • Engage with Zerto customers to provide defined services, outcomes, and deliverables
  • Supervise and mentor other ZPS delivery team members
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of ZPS practices
  • Identify opportunities for additional services while engaged with Zerto customers
  • Support pre-sales opportunity pursuits

What you will bring:

  • Advanced Zerto platform expertise (i.e. ZVR, VRA, VPG, ZVM, ZCA, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of virtual machine technologies (i.e. vSphere, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Technical data collection and analysis experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role

Bonus If You Have the Following:

  • Experience with clustered applications across virtual machines
  • Experience deploying virtual machines in public clouds
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Supervisory leadership experience
  • Experience estimating, planning, and managing work effort
