The fleet segment, in particular, will electrify rapidly with regulations forcing that migration and vehicle economics supporting it as OEMs scale. From transit to delivery all the way to municipal fleets, the electrification of millions of vehicles will happen over the next 20 years creating a multi-billion dollar infrastructure

What You Will Be Doing
As the Vice President of Fleet Solutions, you will drive the growth of ChargePoint’s burgeoning business in the electrification of fleets. At its core, your role will be to capture marquee design wins, shape the optimal services/solution mix and build a revenue stream that grows to $500M within 5 years.
In this highly visible role (within ChargePoint and the industry), you will
Be a thought leader in the industry, advocating for electrification, shaping standards, and educating customers on the benefits of electrification and best practices on electrification.
Be actively engaged with customers to close long term charging infrastructure and software supply deals.
Be responsible for working cross-functionally to develop and operate financially sound and scalable strategies and go-to-market approach for ChargePoint’s offerings to the fleet market including transit, delivery, service, motor pool and TNC segments.
Be working with product management to define product, service and support requirements, and champion third party integrations (hardware/software) where required
Be working with marketing to create a plan to build awareness and thought leadership
Be developing partnerships within the broader fleet eco-system to ensure relevance and endorsement of ChargePoint offering.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
Deep expertise across multiple fleet segments (transit, delivery, service, motor pool) with experience managing or serving large scale fleet operations and breadth of established relationships
Familiarity with broader mobility/fleet ecosystem including trends, technologies and industry structure/players. g. telematics, fuel cards, LeaseCo’s etc.
Experience and interest in energy management sector
Past performance of developing strong relationships with key executives within large complex organizations and closing long term complex deals.
Ability to lead and inspire teams and peers
Experience working collaboratively with product/engineering teams to shape and influence product roadmap
Track record of building businesses in nascent/emerging sectors
Drive and determination to win
Preferred Background
15+ years relevant experience in business leadership roles
General Management/P&L background preferred, ideally with MBA
Technical education and experience
Experience working in entrepreneurial fast paced start up environment
