Skience has an immediate need for a Technical Recruiter.  The ideal candidate for this role will have prior hands-on work experience gained from working in an Information Technology role before moving into Information Technology Recruiting.  The candidate will be detail-oriented, energetic, flexible, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the full lifecycle recruiting process from beginning to end for a wide range of the firm’s Technical roles, including but not limited to: Developers, Technical and Solution Architects, QA & Testing Leads, and Integration Leads
  • Proactively source, identify, recruit, screen, and build relationships with top Technical candidates for Skience’s open or upcoming technical roles
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive top Technical talent and develop rapport with candidates to grow a network of qualified technical candidate referrals
  • Drive applicant traffic by listing job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels
  • Facilitate Hiring Manager candidate selection process by managing interview process, including scheduling candidate interviews and arranging travel and lodging requirements when necessary, collecting timely feedback from both interviewers and candidates, and partnering with Hiring Managers and Interview Teams to evaluate feedback and make hiring decisions
  • Negotiate and manage candidate offer process for both temporary, contractor, and permanent full-time employment candidates
  • Effectively evangelize Skience company value proposition to attract qualified technical candidates in competitive FinTech and Salesforce talent market  
  • Successfully leverage industry-leading recruiting tools and Skience's ATS, social media, and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc., to source and qualify top talent for our clients' needs
  • Attend industry recruiting and networking events and keep up to date on the latest sourcing tools and techniques

 Must Haves:

  • 3+ years technical recruiting experience ideally from a mix of both staffing agency and internal company recruiting environments
  • Proven expertise in sourcing strategies and Boolean search string creation
  • Knowledge of technical concepts and skills needed to screen candidates effectively for roles, such as, but not limited to: Java Developers, .Net Developers, Salesforce Developers, Salesforce Technical and Solution Architects, MuleSoft Integration Leads, QA Engineers, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
  • Organizational skills to be diligent in follow up with candidates

Nice to Haves:

  • Prior Salesforce recruiting experience
  • Commercial sector recruiting experience
  • Experience in promoting and building an employer brand
