Responsibilities:
As an Application Support & Integrations Engineer, your job is to assist in the automation of web-based projects that integrate over multiple systems, including cloud-based and on-prem proprietary applications, mobile applications, and complex API and service-based integrations. This position is an integral part of Catchpoint's long-term relationship with its customers; your efforts will directly impact the success of the company. You will be working with our newly acquired technology, WebPageTest (https://www.webpagetest.org), a widely used and greatly respected developer tool. You have the passion and energy to work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
- Contribute actively to product knowledge base and other product-related documentation
- Integration of WPT Product with other developer tools and Multi-task troubleshoot, and triage issues client production issues.
- Analyze and report bugs. Collaborate with engineering in designing solutions, and testing
- Provide technical assistance on the phone, email, online chat to customers and prospects
Required Skills:
- Familiar with object-oriented programming and web application development.
- Experience with automating REST web services or API integration is mandatory
- Understanding and working with any one of the Programming languages like Java, C#, PHP, Python is a must.
- Experience or familiarity with front end technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, Angular, React. is a plus.
