What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for an End User Support to join our Back Office team. The ideal candidate will join a team that takes responsibility for contact end users

What will I be doing?

  • Customer service via phone and e-mail.
  • Payment verification and release
  • Identify problems
  • Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems
  • Develop a positive customer experience

What skills do I need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or any other related field (in process or completed)
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • 1+ years of customer service, administrative or back office experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
