Xendit is an Indonesian fintech company that provides payment infrastructure across Indonesia. Xendit processes payments, runs marketplaces, disburses payroll and loans, detects fraud and helps other businesses grow exponentially. We serve these companies by providing a suite of world-class APIs and a dashboard UI that simplifies processes.
Our main focus is to build the most advanced payment rails for South-east Asia, with a clear goal in mind — to make payments in South-east Asia simple, secure and easy for everyone. We currently serve SMEs to some of the region’s largest tech startups and also giant-sized businesses like Samsung. We process millions of transactions monthly, growing 8% month on month for the last 3 years. We are trusted and backed by some of the largest VCs in the world, who invested in Facebook, Slack, Twitch and Grab, and are alumni of the prestigious YCombinator (S15).
Mission
The role requires a solid understanding of our buyer types, target industries and marketing funnel in order to generate leads and demand that converts into customer acquisition, retention and growth.
Outcomes
- Ensure we always have intimate knowledge about our target sectors, buyer personas and buyer journeys
- Design targeted demand generation and lead nurturing programs for various customer segments, including strategies for both SME (inbound) and Enterprise (outbound) customers
- Use various touch-points (website, social media, customer dashboard, events, webinars) and communication methods (CTAs, personalisation, emails, SMS, WhatsApp) for the programs/workflows
- Create appropriate content for messaging, campaign landing pages, blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, product marketing and customer marketing (with and without support from other teams).
- Continuously test and iterate programs, content and messaging to ensure high ROI, conversion rates, referrals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate and align with Sales, New User Experience, Account Management, Customer Service and Product teams to achieve expected outcomes
- Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
You may be a good fit if you:
- Have 3-5+ years of experience in areas such as customer lifecycle marketing, demand generation and integrated marketing
- Have successfully implemented multi-segment and multi-channel lead and demand generation programs
- Can create insightful and engaging content
- Are data driven, results focused and always looking to improve things
- Are an exceptional communicator and work with with cross-functional teams
- Are an excellent writer with the ability to write in conviction in English and preferably also in Bahasa
- Thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
- You have worked in a startup before
