Role Summary
 
We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to support the Brand Team in delivering against goals to drive brand awareness and sales. This role will identify consumer and category insights, assist in development of marketing strategies, and participate in implementation across our channels.  You will join a team of passionate and mission-driven marketers striving to make lab testing affordable and accessible for everyone. This role reports to the Director of Consumer Brand.

What You'll Do:

    • Perform day-to-day business analysis to measure and strengthen the brand’s category performance. Measure ROI of brand investments over time in the short and long term
    • Surface key insights to the team, including competitive, market or consumer insights, to inform marketing strategies
    • Participating in the development of effective messaging, channel plans, and integrated marketing campaigns
    • Work cross-functionally with creative team and channel partners to implement strategies
    • Be a brand champion both internally and externally
    • Manage programs with an eye towards speed, measurement, and improvement
    • Think creatively, constantly identifying new marketing ideas and initiatives

Who You Are:

    • 3+ years experience in brand management for CPG, and/or in executing scaled marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and shape brand perception
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA a plus
    • Proven ability to turn data/insights into customer-facing marketing strategies and messages
    • Strong, creative storyteller with ability to tap into cultural moments
    • The ideal candidate is a proactive, driven, and organized individual with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate cross-functionally and present themselves to partners and leaders across multiple departments
