Synack is searching for a creative, business-minded, and tech-savvy product marketing pro to help take us to the next level of growth. You will create the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy of our brand, digging deeply into our products and markets to build winning strategies and create marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into valuable customer benefits, is crucial.  You will become the expert in understanding our different customer groups, what they value, the challenges they face and how they buy. Here’s what you'll do

  • Market Analysis--Dive deep in market news, trade shows, and industry groups to learn about and track market trends; research, analyze, and summarize market requirements to inform product requirements
  • Product Positioning--Define positioning and messaging that differentiates Synack products in the security industry
  • Product Launch and Go-to-market Strategy--Lead the pricing, packaging, and go-to-market programs to launch, build, and grow Synack product adoption in the marketplace. Manage the cross-functional implementation of the strategy
  • Marketing Campaigns--Set the campaign strategy for Synack products and key markets; identify the key messages for customer segments and build compelling content with which to build Synack’s brand, educate the market, and generate leads
  • Content Development--Write and create marketing material such as data sheets, presentations, videos and more
  • Sales Enablement--Develop sales tools that support our selling process and communicate the value proposition of our portfolio to the team. Train and prepare the sales team to leverage customer opportunities

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of security product marketing experience
  • Expertise at understanding customers and their needs and developing crisp content that resonates with target audiences
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts
  • Strong leadership skills that encourage teams to align to drive maximum market impact
  • Stellar interpersonal and writing skills with a high attention to detail
  • Highly creative energy with a drive for innovation
  • A passion to be great at what you do and enjoy doing it
