As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be in charge of attracting and hiring the best talents in a highly competitive market. You will be leading a full-cycle recruiting process, from partnering with hiring managers to implementing creative talent acquisition strategies while always maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process from sourcing through in-depth behavioural interviews and offer extension
- Enhance superb candidate experience, maintain relationships and communication for both managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Find, engage and activate talents through a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools
- Work together as part of a global TA team to promote cross-organizational projects
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies
- Be an ambassador of Cloudinary’s unique culture
Qualifications
- 5 + years of recruiting experience within the tech/startup industry
- Previous experience conducting face to face interviews - must
- Experience utilizing various recruiting tools to attract top talent
- Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced global environment
- A team player with a Can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Fluent English
