This individual will advise and design scalable and sustainable solutions that enable business and technology agility through subject matter expertise (SME) on both the nCino application and Salesforce.com platform. This position will also encompass customer facing optimization engagements, new feature implementations, and satisfy current and future state business needs. This is a highly visible role in providing strategic leadership on customer facing digital transformation projects and consistent contributions to internal process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- This position is primarily technical (drawing on advanced technical and/or Salesforce.com product and managed package knowledge), with additional analysis and project management responsibilities.
- Apply deep technical expertise in Salesforce declarative and programmatic automation tools, integration and deployment API's, and enterprise application best practices in both a consultative and hands-on fashion to ensure implementation project success
- Collaborate with internal and 3rd party cross-functional teams to provide SME for Design and Build alignment to the nCino Gold Standards where applicable. Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to govern solution construction and guide overall technical implementation.
- Work with nCino and System Implementation partner teams to perform design reviews of in-progress builds, ensuring work aligns with business requirements, approved technical designs, and overall implementation quality.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and presentation skills and be able to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology
- Promote change management to ensure optimal user adoption of new technologies
- Be a results-driven self-starter who takes initiative, solicits, and listens to feedback, and can work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of cloud technology experience or combined experience, education, and superior performance
- Salesforce.com architecture experience preferred with Salesforce.com App Builder and/or Administrator certifications or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Familiar with implementation life cycle and project methodologies
- Database design and workflow experience
- Passion and enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality solution to banking customers with an all-in commitment to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
- Team player with proven ability to be held accountable for projects/tasks assigned
- Continuously looks for ways to improve nCino, the team, System Implementation partners, and customers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration, or equivalent degree
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Travel Requirements
- Position requires up to 80% travel
