Job Description

As CloudPay rapidly grow, globally, we are looking for a highly motivated engineer to help implement some of the major projects that are currently looking to implement while assisting with the support and operations of the IT Business.

The ideal candidate will be part of planning a major migration project to the Microsoft Office toolset, in addition to many security improvement projects. This work will require someone who is able to solve complex problems and who understands the security implications of any IT changes.

Attributes and Experience Required:

    3+ years experience in an IT Administrator role
    In depth knowledge of Office 365 Administration including the security tools
    In depth knowledge of Core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory and Group Policy
    Experienced in the use of Microsoft Powershell
    Experienced in Single Sign-on and Microsoft Federated Services
    SCCM Administration (desirable)
    ITIL Foundation certificate (highly desirable)
    Excellent communication skills
    Excellent problem-solving skills
    Good Appreciation of Cyber-Security
 
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

    Work as a Subject Matter Expert for a number of the core applications within the business
    Help deliver new applications and technologies with the department and the wider organization
    Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
    Provide support to local and remote users on desktop and application issues
    Build and configure Laptops
    Deliver security improvements within the scope of your work
    Provide support and assistance to other members of the team
    Manage user security as directed
