Our fast growing team in Spain is looking for an experience Implementation Consultant to join our Barcelona team, responsible for performing requirements analysis, payroll system configuration and testing. This is a high visibility client facing role which requires acting as the client's main point of contact for payroll specific queries arising at any point of time during the implementation life cycle.
“Implementation Consultant, to support project teams in the implementation of new clients onto the CloudPay platform. As part of CloudPay’s payroll implementation team, the Implementation Consultant will work closely with Project Managers and Payroll Subject Matter Experts/In Country Providers and work collaboratively with Cloudpay global payroll operations teams.

Attributes and Experience Required:
With at least 2 years working experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation
Experience in implementation of payroll and / or HR solutions
Knowledge of how a business operates and achieves profitability
Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements
High degree of competence with MS Office suite of software
Experience of different payroll platforms in the set up phase and operating phase of payrolls, especially Sage, Meta4, Highline, Oracle, SAP
Experience working with cross-functional teams on a variety of projects including new business, process development, partner and vendor management
Experience of preparing and delivering presentations to all levels of business stakeholders
Achieving results through 3rd parties and vendor / partner management skills
Cooperating with multiple agencies who are not under the job holder’s direct control
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
The Implementation consultant will work closely with Project Managers and will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, payroll system configuration and testing
This role will be responsible for transitioning newly implemented projects to the Regional Operations team by documenting the “payroll transition manual” specific to each implementation and shadowing the Operations team during the project stabilization period
This is a high visibility client facing role which requires acting as the client’s main point of contact for payroll specific queries arising at any point of time during the implementation life cycle
Understanding of payroll is a must in order to be able to review and validate client’s payroll details for completeness
Quality of information provided as well as to perform gap analysis between the client’s current payroll and CloudPay’s payroll platform
Identification of key payroll processes and documentation thereof for Operations
Ensuring the payroll review processes are followed and parallels and handover documents are signed off
Ensures that testing of development work is thorough and is signed off by clients
Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to articulate and document client requirements as this role would frequently act as the conduit between client user group and IT Engineering (development & testing) teams
