Your role:
As a Head of Marketing China, you will be heading a small marketing team of two members and managing all marketing aspects and supporting GTM, to position Adjust successfully in the China Market. With a primary focus of supporting driving revenue opportunities through a variety of marketing disciplines, this role requires a hands-on leader who will drive marketing execution through personal contribution and a small, high performing team. About eight years of progressive career experience in campaign development (with a minimum of three years as a Head of Marketing / management), brand strategy, demand gen and client retention programs in the B2B market is a must.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage all marketing aspects and support GTM for the China market in alignment with the global marketing strategy
- Drive transaction for all relevant marketing disciplines (branding, events, PR/content, demand generation, partnerships marketing)
- Plan and manage the budget for all China Marketing activities
- Support all local demand generation, product marketing, content/PR activities, provide coaching & management to existing event focused team members, and work in close coordination with the local GM
- Ensure close alignment and collaboration with all relevant internal partners within the organization and the HQ
What you bring:
- At least 8+ years of career experience in marketing, campaign development & management, brand strategy and client retention programs in B2B marketing (SaaS is a plus!)
- High intercultural skill-set, social competence and you are internationally experienced
- Passionate Leader with an ability to motivate and lead teams (influencing also within informal responsibility, stakeholder management).
- Strong understanding & experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, branding and PR/Content/Communications
- Quick perception, creativity and demonstrated ability to think innovatively
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Passion for emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills, high affinity for words and innovative design
- Fluent level Chinese and English
- Willingness to travel
